Happy Birthday to Me! Show me the Freebies!

This weekend I celebrated my 20th birthday (yay!). And for this very special occasion, I decided to pamper myself with all the birthday freebies I could get my hands on! Check out this comprehensive list of birthday freebies from The Frugal Girls! I love their website, a great place to find awesome deals and coupons for stores you love.

Signing up for the freebies was SO EASY and SO WORTH IT, so do yourself a favor and sign yourself up. Here’s how it works:

1. Scroll thru The Frugal Girls’ list of companies offering birthday freebies including Starbucks, Moes, Anthropology, Cold Stone Creamery, and more. (Click here for the full list.) When you see a place you like, click the link.
2. Fill out a two-minute registration form (usually your name, email address, and–of course–your birthday).
3. Then the week of your birthday, look for an email with your birthday freebie coupon. 🙂 Print it off, and redeem at your local store!

Stores will often send coupons throughout the year as well, so be sure to keep checking your email! If you don’t want to “spam” your email with the store’s promotions, try creating a separate email for yourself that you reserve just for freebie sign-ups. The coupons they send range from store discounts (such as 30% off) to entire meals for free (many are even ‘no purchase necessary’). And you don’t have to use them all on your birthday! Most of the coupons have expiration dates that allow you to use them as late as two weeks after your birthday. I’m still redeeming coupons five days later for things like a free meal at Moes, a free meal at IHOP, free body wash from CVS, a free coffee from Starbucks, a free bagel from Bruegger’s, and more!
